- Offshore Eighty Mile Beach Fishing Shallow reef approximately 13km from 80Mile Beach Caravan Park. Sharp dropoff goes from 2m deep to 5m and holds Trevally, Queenfish and reef fish like Coral Trout and Tuskfish.
- Deep holes offshore Eighty Mile Beach Deep hole around 20km offshore, drying height is 16m deep, unconfirmed but well worth sounding around on neap tides for Threadfin Salmon, Mulloway and Barramundi.
- Eighty Mile Beach small Creeks Accessed via four wheel drive along the beach, this small creek holds Mangrove Jack, Cod, Bream, Flathead, Threadfin Salmon (incoming tide) and the odd Barramundi. It is well worth walking the creek at low tide and casting lure in the pools of water. During an incoming tide, cast baits out and wait!
