The deep channel edge is great fishing for a range of species. Queenfish, Trevally, Snapper and Jacks can all be found around the creek mouth. Barramundi and Jacks can also be found further upstream along the deep banks lining the creek. There are also some reefs just offshore (West) which are known to fish well.
