  • Tin Can Bay inlet A sharp drop off into deeper water holds Tailor and Mackerel at times.

  • Beagle Camp Inskip Point Popular place to soak some bait. The tide can run hard through here and weed can plague the beaches. Anglers can expect the odd Tailor, Bream, Whiting and Flathead, but there are better places to fish.
  • Rainbow Beach The gutters along Rainbow Beach hold Whiting at times. Tailor are also a possibility in Spring.
  • Double Island Point South Fish along the rock ledge at night for jewies. Soft plastics, vibes, hard body lures will all work on jewies here, along with fresh big baits. Tailor, Snapper and other large predators are also a possibility.
